By engaging WebSolutions for any service — including web design, development, SEO, branding, or maintenance — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not proceed with our services.
WebSolutions provides digital services including but not limited to web design and development, search engine optimisation, e-commerce solutions, brand identity design, landing page creation, and website maintenance. The specific scope of work for each project is agreed upon in writing prior to commencement.
A deposit (typically 50% of the project total) is required before work begins. The remaining balance is due upon project completion and prior to the final deliverables being released. Monthly retainer services are billed in advance at the start of each billing period. All invoices are due within 14 days of issue unless otherwise agreed in writing.
WebSolutions offers a money-back guarantee on the initial homepage mockup. If you are not satisfied with the first design concept presented, you may request a full refund of your deposit within 7 days of delivery. This guarantee applies to the initial mockup only and does not extend to completed projects or revisions beyond the first concept.
You are responsible for providing accurate and timely information, content, and assets necessary for us to complete your project. Delays caused by late content, feedback, or approvals from your side may affect delivery timelines, for which WebSolutions cannot be held liable.
Upon receipt of full payment, all custom design work and code created for your project becomes your property. WebSolutions retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio. Third-party assets (fonts, stock images, plugins) remain subject to their respective licences, which are passed to you upon project handover.
Each project includes a specified number of revision rounds as agreed in the project proposal. Requests beyond the included revisions may be subject to additional charges, which will be communicated to you in advance and require written approval before work proceeds.
WebSolutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or deliverables. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Either party may terminate a project engagement with 14 days written notice. In the event of termination, you are liable for payment of all work completed up to the termination date. Deposits are non-refundable after work has commenced, except as covered by the money-back guarantee in Section 4.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New York.
