J.D.B. Travel & Tours has been booking flights, cruises, safaris, and honeymoons for California clients since 1997 — the kind of agency where clients call the owner by first name and come back for every trip. But that scale of offering, spanning everything from Arctic expeditions to family vacations to rail journeys, needed a site structured well enough that new visitors could actually find their way to the right package.
On top of destination and package content, the agency needed a practical way for visitors to request quotes for flights, hotels, and cruises without three separate disconnected forms, plus a place to house the enormous volume of client testimonials built up over two and a half decades.
